How secure is the company’s website?

The operation of all systems of the company’s website is controlled using a unique, custom script that makes it impossible to interfere with the operation of the Third Party Resource. Read more about this, please, in the section “Privacy Policy”.

How do I use the company’s website?

The Tavium website is designed to familiarize investors with our activities, to receive some consultations, general and technical organization of the investment process and financial transactions, to provide technical and up-to-date information support to our investors and to provide other functions related to the main ones that improve, make it safe and facilitate the process of cooperation with us.

How do I register an account on the company’s website?

Click on the “Registration” button, fill in all the necessary fields in the registration form that opens and confirm the registration.

I want to create several accounts by registering under different uplines. Is this acceptable?

You cannot create a number of accounts, while using the number of uplines more than one, if we are talking about an account that is used to neutralize or develop the team. The company will restrict access to such swarms to the accounts of each user who is reasonably convicted of creating multiple registrations.

I want to change the email address I entered when I signed up. How to do this?

You can do this yourself in your account settings.

I want to change my payment details. How to do this?

Can I delete my account?

This can be done by making an appropriate request for support.

What is the minimum amount available for withdrawal?

The minimum amounts available for withdrawal will always be indicated when making a withdrawal, to the right above the amount entry line. The minimum amount depends on the coin you are using.

What is the maximum amount that can be deducted?

Tavium sets no limits on the maximum allowable amount available to withdrawals.

Why are all transactions made in USD and not in HKD?

Since Tavium operates internationally, providing its services around the world, it was decided to use the recognized and freely convertible currency USD as the main currency using which all financial transactions will be carried out.

Can I make a deposit using one electronic payment system and withdraw to another?

You can withdraw money you received as a result of investing in the company only to the same payment system that you used to create this particular investment. The same goes for referral rewards. You will be able to withdraw a partner reward for an investment created in your company by referral only to the payment system that this particular referral used when creating this particular investment.

How quickly will my deposit be activated?

The deposit is activated instantly, unless otherwise provided by the internal rules for processing transactions of the corresponding electronic payment system.

How to make a deposit?

First, you need to log into your account using your username and password, then top up your account balance with the amount you need, and then make a deposit on the investment rate you want.

What is the validity period of the deposit?

The company offers 7 investment tariff options. You can read more about them, as well as study the terms of the tariffs, by reading the section “For investors”.

How are payments made?

The withdrawal of earned interest, the withdrawal of the deposit body, the withdrawal of referral rewards, bonus partner rewards, but not limited to them, is carried out manually. In addition, any request for payment of funds can be processed only during working hours, from 8.00 to 18.00, from Opweek to Friday. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are there commissions in the company’s project?

No, the Tavium investment system does not charge commissions to initiators. One thing you should take into account the possibility that fees will be charged by payment systems, which you will use when investing or when withdrawing money.

How many deposits can be made using a single investment tariff?

You can make unlimited deposits.

Can I invest using all the company’s investment rates at the same time?

What is the amount of referral reward?

You have the opportunity to earn up to 60% of the deposits made by referrals of your team at 20 levels in depth.

Will I be able to earn money using offers from the company’s “Referral Program” without having my own deposit in the project?

Yes. This possibility is provided by the company. But you will be able to receive partner reward only for investments of referrals of the first level.

What are Personal Turnover and Team Turnover?

Personal turnover is the total amount of all funds that this or that Investor invested in the company.
The Team turnover is the total amount of all funds invested by the entire team of referrals of a particular investor. Summation takes place at all levels of the level of the Referral Program at which a particular investor is located immediately at the time of such summation.

To view a list of your entire referral team, log in to your account, then go to the referrals section.

When can I get bonuses and other rewards?

As soon as your referral status changes and you move one step higher, you will receive a one-time bonus for this achievement.

How do I achieve this or that rank?

Given the starting rank (status) that you will receive at the registering, there are 10 ranks. To get a new status, you need to have 2 types of financial transactions at the same time. This is the personal turnover and turnover of the team.
Whenever you reach a new status, in addition to a one-time bonum, you will also increase the number of reaching levels in the depth of the team. And this is even more money. 100% of your investments are always counted in Personal turnover, the following amounts will be counted in team turnover: Team turnover for each level:
